Jennifer is amazing. I always feel better after our sessions. She offers creative and interactive ways to approach helping me rather then just talk it out. She provides solid solutions and I never feel judged or as though I'm a waste of time. She's extremely professional and just a pleasure to work with.

Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance at this time. I offer my clients affordable prices, and my options are comparable with co-pays in most insurance plans. You can also request a receipt, which may allow you a partial or full reimbursement from your insurance provider.
How can I schedule an appointment with you, and what is your availability?
To begin, please schedule a free consultation. I am currently open to taking new clients for sessions in the evenings or over the weekends. All appointments will be held over Zoom at this time.
How long does each therapy session last, and how often will we meet?
Each session is 50 minutes. I suggest we meet once a week.
How do I know if therapy with you is the right fit for me?
Determining if therapy with me is the right fit for you involves a few key considerations. Firstly, during your consultation, we'll discuss your goals, concerns, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. It's important that you feel comfortable and safe in our interactions, and that you resonate with my therapeutic approach and style. I encourage open communication about your needs and feedback on our sessions, as therapy is a collaborative process. If at any point you feel that your needs are not being met, I am open to discussing adjustments or helping you find a therapist who might be a better fit for your needs. Remember, the most crucial aspect of effective therapy is a strong, trusting relationship between therapist and client.
